We are a Section-8 Non-Profit Org headquartered in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

Registered as ‘Metropolitan Institute Federation’, we were founded in early 2024 and became a registered form as a Section 8 Company in March 2025. We now have 12AA and 80G.

We are GST Compliant, and are registered under NGO Darpan.

We are playing enabler to several Urban Local Bodies, Regional Administrations, Public Transport Agencies, State Governments, Central / Federal Governments, CSR Organizations, Venture Philanthropy, Non-Profit Organizations, Research Organisations, Action Institutes, among others.

We are focused on systems-level change.

We work deeply with the regional governments, the markets that shape those regions, and the civil society that forms them to unlock capital, talent, technology, and policy for enabling impact at scale.
